Directions

Up to 175 lbs ½ scoop pre-workout &½ scoop post-workout. 176-200 lbs 1 scoop pre-workout & 1 scoop post –workout. 201+lbs 1.5 scoops pre-workout & 1.5 scoops post-workout.
