Dorian Yates' high strength Omega 3 softgels provide a rich source of fish oils, rich in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA are essential fatty acids (EFA’s), which our bodies are unable to synthesize themselves, so they must be ingested either via food or supplementation. Each serving of 2 softgels contains a potent 660mg EPA and 440mg DHA in every serving to support the normal function of vision and the heart.
