CREATINE MONOHYDRATE- 5 g

Directions

Creatine Loading: For the first five days of use, take one teaspoon four to five times daily with 250 ml fruit juice.

Creatine Level Maintenance: After five consecutive days of loading, take one teaspoon one to two times daily with 250 ml of fruit juice for a period of three weeks. Stop usage completely for three weeks before starting with the cycle again. Please consult your physician if you have any medical condition.

Important: Remember to drink eight to 12 glasses of water per day while using this product.
