Great price & excellent thickness for achy knees. One let down is that the mat is quite indented with the straps and where the end joins so it doesn’t look the best aesthetically and this was a gift for someone. I wouldn’t buy as a gift again but it looks like it will help achy joints

I have osteoporosis and just started yoga again, my old mat wasn’t very thick but this one really cushions me as well as great to relax on, you could easily fall asleep , but hey not good in a yoga group , ha ha
