good tasting and energizing product, large amount of caffeine is present 398mg, therefore i would suggest half a scoop to start with.
The first time I consumed a whole scoop and my heart was racing due to high amount of caffeine, skin tingling due to the beta-alanine (its meant to tingle). Resulting in a very good workout and optimal pump.
